Wildbark at Mulligans Flat

Employment since January 2022

I have been employed on the team at Wildbark as a graphic designer since January 2022. Wildbark is a brand-new visitors centre backing onto the Mulligans Flat nature reserve, located in northern Canberra. My role has involved producing all the graphic assets for Wildbark, including interpretive signage, pamphlets and brochures, membership cards, business cards, menu iterations for the coming-soon restaurant, handheld maps, mounted panels, and more. Other work completed for the affiliated Woodlands and Wetlands Trust has included logo development for associated organisations, typesetting documents and publications, producing digital and physical marketing assets, and more.

Interpretive Signage

Animal Enclosure Signage

Background illustrations were created in Adobe Illustrator. The animal graphics were provided as .PNGs, except for the catfish.

The catfish was an image edited in Adobe Photoshop to appear the same style as the other animals.

Software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign.

Social Media

Social media marketing for a monthly science seminar event.

Corten Entry Sign

This is a proportional mock-up of my design for a corten sign installed on the external wall of the Wildbark building (under construction in the given image).

Sanctuary Map Handout

This map was designed as a quarter-fold hand-out pamphlet detailing the walking tracks of the nature reserve and surrounding urban features for ease of navigation for visitors.
